The management consists of two parts. The technical management and the financial management.
Technical management is understood to mean the elimination of malfunctions. You can think of fixing a leaking tap, a blocked toilet, a lost key and so on. As an owner, you do not have the time to deal with these malfunctions in time. We send our regular mechanic there. He will make an appointment with the tenant or agree to let himself in with the key. There is always a good assessment of the cause of the malfunction, if this can be attributed to the tenant, these costs will be charged to the tenant.
For major repairs, consultation with the owner always takes place first.
The financial management consists of monitoring payments, writing to tenants, if necessary going through the collection procedure and an extensive monthly report of the income/expenditure.
